On Saturday, the Moon moves through childlike Leo bringing a sense of spontaneity and recreation. Leo is one of the signs out of the zodiac that gets a bad rap, because of its self focused tendencies. However, without the sign of Leo none of us would have a need to be unique and individual. All the signs of the zodiac are necessary to live a fulfilling life, and Leo gives us the ability to tap into our “inner child” and spark that natural energy of enthusiasm that is necessary to get us excited about life. Frankly, it is my opinion that not enough people are tapping into their Leo energy, which has brought out many of the psychological illnesses that exist today.
The Moon in Leo has a flair for the dramatic, and when this transit occurs it is preferred to spend a bit of time relaxing and enjoying life. This could be a night out with friends or significant others, a social gathering or group activity, or simply spending a night out at a movie or the theater. Adding color to our lives often subdues the monotony of day to day life, and brings out Leo’s natural tendency to perform. Today, explore the things in your life that make you happy and bring meaning into your life. You may find tapping into those “inner child” resources will help to make you a much happier adult.
